"We have an unsatisfactory lot of juvenile receivers," Jones said. "I’ve been among the game for not a good minute, so I’ll be able apt aid those guys out leadership-wise. Other than that, impartial act what I do aboard the football field, making some plays, and hopefully I can give the offence a terrible spark."

General manager Reggie McKenzie once again reached back apt his past in Green Bay’s front office apt add a tough piece apt the Raiders. Among the many additional former Packers that McKenzie has brought within since taking over as general manager in 2012 are Charles Woodson and Matt Flynn.

Jones said he has been talking apt the Raiders the past few days and was lured apt Oakland onward McKenzie’s vision for the poor franchise that has never made the playoffs since 2002.

"The way he runs his group the GM way namely the kind of way I play out aboard the football field; equitable starving and trying apt be the best, and that’s how Reggie namely Jones said. "I’m excited to play for Reggie and hopefully we can corner this thing around."

Boothe joins right tackle Austin Howard as additions aboard a hard line that lost starting left tackle Jared Veldheer apt free agency.

"I favor the direction of the group Boothe said. "They’ve put some pieces attach here and it’s a great civilization that they’re building over here, and I am excited apt be a hard part of it. The fact that I have been here forward obviously this place has always held not a good special place among my heart as the group that drafted me."

McKenzie has placed a nasty perquisite aboard acquiring players with winning experience so far this off-season.
